This log house sits on an elevated site over looking a lake in the Southern Alps of South Island New Zealand.
The log structure is exposed throuought the house. Cedar roof and cladding along with the use of river stone enable this home to sit in harmony with its natural surroundings.

This contemporary styled house sits on a steep site in Maori Hill overlooking Dunedins Leith Valley.
The multi level design sits into terraces cut in the steep site. The large windows make the most of the views and sun.

WANAKA HOUSE.
An existing holiday batch was demolished down to the floor to make way for this major rebuild.
A tight site with site lines to protect neighbours light dictated the roof line.
Schist stone and Cedar boards set the house into its southern lakes landscape. The wide eaves provide shade from the summer sun and there is plenty of glass to take in the magnificent views of the lake and mountains.
COMMUNITY HOUSING.
We have completed a number of community housing projects for clients. The Hawksbury Community Living trust provides housing for people with intellectual disabilities.
We have worked closely with the Trust to provide housing that gives tenants independance and a community focus.
We have a good understanding of the requirements for this type of specialist housing. All our developemnts face strict Health and Disability audits which is an important part of the trusts commitment to the on-going support Hawksbury Trust offers its people, their family and whanau and staff.
