Ted Daniels is making great progress with the restoration of the Standard Building in Princes Street.

Building Permits are lodged for a new lift and feature stair. These new additions along with the earthquake strengthening will make this building a great place for in inner city office or apartment.

The Exchange and Princes Street are really taking off now with building upgrades and new business moving in. We love working this end of town and are delighted with the new lease of life the area is getting.
